Itinerary
PHASE 1: THE ASCENT THROUGH TIME
Our journey begins at the archaeological site of Willkawayin. We traverse ancient Wari trails, ascending through Queñua forests and high-altitude grasslands. This initial push is crucial for establishing a steady rhythm.
PHASE 2: THE TURQUOISE TRILOGY
We reach the hidden glacier lakes: Awaq, Mullaka, and Karwaq. Each offers a different shade of crystalline turquoise, fed directly by the melting glaciers above. Perfect for elite photography.
PHASE 3: SUMMIT AT PASO DEL ZORRO
The ultimate test. At 4,980 meters, the Paso del Zorro summit delivers a 360-degree panoramic view of the Cordillera Blanca giants. Feel the raw power of the Andes.
PHASE 4: THE GOLDEN RADIANCE
We descend towards Radian Lake for the sunset. The 'Golden Hour' transforms the mountains into glowing amber monuments.
